1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") govern the relationship between 333bte (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual who accesses, registers, or uses the services provided at 333bte.net (hereinafter "the User", "you", or "your"). By accessing the 333bte platform — whether via web browser, mobile browser, or any associated application — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety.

333bte reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon publication on the platform. These Terms are written in the English language. In the event of any conflict between an English version and a translated version (if any), the English version shall prevail in all circumstances.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and use the 333bte platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

3. Account Registration

3.3 Account Security

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in the terms of each individual promotion. For example, a bonus subject to a 20x wagering requirement means that the bonus amount must be wagered twenty (20) times in total before any withdrawal can be processed. 5.2 Bonus Eligibility

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on the 333bte platform is governed by the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules published in the relevant sections of the platform.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is only considered accepted and valid once the platform has issued a confirmation and assigned a unique bet reference number. 333bte reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including in cases of technical error, odds feed malfunction, or where the platform has reasonable grounds to believe the integrity of an event may be compromised.

6.2 Odds and Prices

Sports betting odds are subject to change at any time prior to the acceptance of a bet. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet reference number has been issued, the odds are locked for that specific wager. 333bte is not liable for odds changes occurring after bet confirmation.

6.3 Event Cancellations and Voids

If a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed (and not replayed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time), all affected single bets will be voided and stakes returned. In accumulator bets, a voided selection will be treated as a non-runner and the accumulator recalculated accordingly.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Colluding with other players to influence the outcome of any game or to gain an unfair advantage in any form.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 333bte's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to the platform in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

333bte shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of enjoyment arising from your use of the platform, even if 333bte has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit 333bte's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by its negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international standards for online gaming operations.
